Each of my acrylic paintings is unique—created with care, passion, and precise craftsmanship. As a trained theater painter, I bring decades of experience, a keen sense of spatial effect, and a sure feeling for color and proportion.

I work exclusively with high-quality artist paints and materials (e.g. from Schmincke, Amsterdam, Lascaux) and attach great importance to details, expressiveness and a harmonious pictorial effect.

My personal approach is also unique: I accompany you individually in the process of creating your image – tailored to your space, your mood, and your ideas. Whether small-format or wall-filling – your image is created in direct dialogue, tailor-made, and with an artistic touch.

Acrylic paintings are easy to care for, but still require some attention to retain their luminosity for a long time.
It's best to clean the surface occasionally with a soft, dry cloth – without applying pressure or cleaning agents. Avoid contact with water, chemical cleaners, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the surface.
If the picture is very dirty or dusty, you can carefully wipe it with a slightly damp microfiber cloth – but only if it has not been treated with varnish or texture agents.

Direct sunlight, high humidity, or extreme temperature fluctuations should always be avoided. If you follow these guidelines, your acrylic painting will remain in top condition for many decades.

To ensure that your acrylic painting remains in good condition for many years, proper storage and safe transport are crucial.

A dark, dry place with a constant temperature is recommended for storage . The painting should be wrapped in bubble wrap and additionally protected from dust – for example, by additional packaging in cardboard or fleece. It is important that the surface is not subjected to direct pressure or pressure.

During transport , wrapping the picture in bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard provides sufficient protection. The corners of the picture should be padded to prevent damage, for example, with foam or cardboard edge protectors.

This ensures that the painting remains optimally protected even during storage or relocation – ensuring long-term enjoyment of your work of art, even for future generations.

A successful acrylic painting is the result of a combination of experience, craftsmanship, and artistic sensitivity. A confident command of the materials, a strong sense of spatial awareness, and a trained eye for composition are essential.

The creative process often begins with targeted research to ensure a harmonious balance between motif, style, and content. The available budget and a realistic timeframe for implementation also play an important role.

That's why I ask specific questions in advance: Does the chosen motif work for the planned format? How closely should it be based on the original? And in what room will the painting ultimately work? All of these aspects are incorporated into the design – so that the final result is an acrylic painting that is both technically and emotionally compelling.

To ensure that an acrylic painting remains in top condition for many years, it should be protected from direct sunlight. Ideal locations are those with even lighting, without extreme temperature fluctuations or high humidity. Acrylic paintings thrive in shady, well-ventilated spaces. An occasional change of location can also be beneficial for the painting—this keeps the viewer's eye fresh, and the painting continually takes on a new dimension.

Modern acrylic paintings are extremely durable. Thanks to the high lightfastness and colorfastness of modern acrylic paints, there is practically no time limit to their durability. On older paintings, the varnish (protective coating) may darken slightly after around 100 years. In such cases, a careful refresh of the surface can be useful to bring the colors back to their original brightness.
