A wedding is a highly intimate and unique moment in a couple's life.
As an artist, it is a special honor for me to capture this atmosphere in a painting—sometimes live on site, but mostly after the wedding in my studio, based on selected photographs.
A wedding portrait is more than just a snapshot of a moment. It's about capturing a mood: closeness, connection, and the essence of this love.
A hand-painted portrait as a lasting memory
After the wedding day, many memories remain—and countless photographs.
But there is that one picture that shows more than a single moment: a picture that you look at again and again and that takes you back emotionally.
This is precisely where my work begins.

The creative process of a wedding portrait
A wedding portrait is created through a collaborative, creative process.
Not everything has to be clear from the outset. The image develops step by step.
After an initial exchange, I will discuss the following with you:

Only when a clear common direction has been found does the actual painting begin.
What you should consider before placing an order
Every couple is unique—and that's exactly what should be reflected in the painting.
It's not just about appearances, but about relationships, personalities, and feelings.
Helpful questions may include:
