Questions & Answers
Format, technique & style.
Having a photo painted is possible in any size and any style. Before the realization we decide which format & with which material I realize your picture. I will be happy to advise you on the right technique. The following materials are possible: oil paint, acrylic paint, pastel paint, pencil, tempera paint, pigments, varnish and watercolor. As all painting techniques are treated equally in terms of price, you will not pay a surcharge.
Which motifs are possible?
There are no limits to your desired motif. You are welcome to send me several photos or I can start a search for a suitable template. Once you are satisfied with the desired motif, I will start working on your painting.
When do I pay for the painted photo?
You pay for your commissioned painting in full when the order is confirmed. I will then begin with the realization of the painting. During the painting process and after completion you will receive a photo of the work. If you are still not completely satisfied with the painting, I will make further corrections.
What payment options are available to me?
Online bank transfer. After order confirmation you will receive an invoice from me. Afterwards the realization takes place
Cash payment. You are also welcome to pay for your commissioned painting in cash.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the complexity and size of the commissioned painting. For a less complex motif with quick-drying colors, the waiting time is approx. 14 days. A further three to five working days must be added for any framing and shipping of the commissioned artwork.
More elaborate paintings in oil paint take a little longer to dry before they are ready for dispatch. Here the waiting time is between 14 and 30 days plus shipping time. Insured shipping is available in Germany and worldwide.
What do I need for an order request?
When making an inquiry, I need the desired size of the picture & a description of the desired motif. It is best to send me the desired photo by e-mail.
You are also welcome to visit me in my studio in Erfurt. Each work is produced according to a template. The detailed and careful way of working guarantees a maximum artistic result and a unique commissioned painting.

As an artist, I will answer your questions & guide you through the discovery process.
Once you have found your desired motif, you can simply send it to me by e-mail. It will be produced quickly according to your specifications. After completion, it will be delivered directly to your front door. Also available in large format from 300 cm side length.
